There are lots of good Badfinger songs, but this is the classic. A near-perfect one hundred seventy six seconds of canonical power pop. With one of my Top 5 bridges ever ever.

Absolutely. Bridge, pause, HANDCLAPS! Also, the T-Shirt over the snare drum (an Apple records thing?), pre-dating Henley’s paperbaggery is super-homey.

I had never seen a music-movie for this song. I really like the rustic barn, perfect replica of the Michigan basement band milieu.
